Service policy
The product will be free of charge until the warranty period shown on the product purchase agreement. This warranty is applicable only to the user who purchased the product through Ace-N Co., Ltd. or the agency designated by it, and the warranty of repair will be carried out by Ace-N Co., Ltd. with a skilled engineer.
In the following cases, even if there is a remaining warranty period, a repair fee may be charged or replacement of some items may be charged.
01. Malfunction occurred in a condition other than normal use
02. When the product is disassembled or modified arbitrarily.
03. In case of damage or breakdown due to impact
04. Corrosion due to immersion or contamination
05. Malfunction caused by improper use of subpart devices not provided by ACEN
06. In the event of malfunction due to mistake or negligence of the user
07. Malfunction due to power supply failure or faulty equipment
08. Malfunction and failure of the product due to natural disasters
